- Find out what makes you feel centered- make a list of things that “fill your cup”
- Brainstorm how you can incorporate those things into your daily life. Where are the parts of your day where you need a boost? Where can you fit things in?
- Make small changes- they’re far more sustainable than large changes.
- Set realistic goals for incorporating it. Setting unrealistic goals makes us more likely to give up when we don’t meet them.
- After seven days, evaluate.
- Adjust and tweak your approach as you go.
