Happify offers regular engagement to improve emotional well-being over long term. A single destination for effective, evidence-based solution for better mental health. Happify gives you effective tools and programs to help you take control of your feelings and thoughts. Their engaging activities can e used anytime, anywhere on a smartphone, computer, or tablet.

Headspace (Available content for kids age 5-12)
Headspace will help you find different ways to make living mindfully and integrated part of your life through bite-sized sessions, exercises for panic moments, and themes sessions. Guided meditation and educational animations to reduce stress, and improve sleep, focus, and happiness. Ability to select length and type of meditation based on personal goals (e.g. quick reset, moment of panic).

Smiling Mind advocates for regular use when first learning mindfulness skills. Once the skills are mastered, no need for the app to help implement this new tool for mental health prevention.
